Delete your Qetoret account

Last updated: October 8, 2026

Request account and data deletion by email

You can request permanent deletion without signing in, installing, or opening Qetoret.

Email a deletion request

If the button does not open your email app, write to arthur.meteng@gmail.com with the subject Qetoret account deletion request.

Send the request from the email address used for your Qetoret account so we can verify ownership. If you have lost access to that address, explain this in your message so we can help verify the request. Never send your password, prayer content, vault passphrase, or recovery code.

We will confirm and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete your account yourself

  1. Sign in to Qetoret on qetoret.com or in the Android app.
  2. Open Settings → Privacy & Security and scroll to the danger zone.
  3. Choose Delete my account and confirm the permanent deletion.

Self-service deletion removes the account from the live app database when the request succeeds, then signs you out. Export anything you want to keep before confirming. If deletion fails, use the email request above.

What is deleted and what can remain

Deletion removes your sign-in account, profile, private prayers, authored shared prayers, updates, testimonies, group memberships, recovery records, feedback, translations, and notification subscriptions from the live app database.

Groups with other members remain, with your creator references removed. Copies already saved by other people on their own devices cannot be recalled. Provider backups and operational logs follow the providers' retention schedules; contact us for questions about retained records.

Feedback deliberately sent anonymously is not linked to your account and cannot be matched automatically during account deletion. Contact the email above if you want help locating and removing such a submission. AI output reports are linked to your account for deletion, without attaching your name or email.

Uninstalling the app alone does not delete your account. Deleting individual prayers or testimonies in the app removes those records without deleting your account.
